For the second year I will be hosting an autumn show at my studio in Selborne Hampshire. This year’s guest artist is the amazing painter Orlanda Broom – bringing a selection of her lush floral landscapes. I’m excited to see our works shown together.
The Studio is at GU34 3JQ and we will be open on 6th to 14th December from 10am to 6pm daily.
Opening on 29th November and running until January 17th. I am delighted to be part of this group show at Close Gallery, showing there for the second time this year. It’s a great title and an interesting theme for a show; “Drawing inspiration from the innocence of childhood play and the universal game of the playground, the exhibition explores the elemental relationship between hand, material, and imagination. Just as the game rock, paper, scissors distills decision-making into simple gestures, the works on view embrace pared-back processes and raw materials, uncovering beauty and meaning in the handmade and the natural.”
During November and December 2025 there is a viewing room of new works on Artsy, hosted by Galleri Weinberger Schandorff in Copenhagen.
In September 2025 there was another opportunity to show at DCCH with Cavaliero Finn Gallery. We showed a smaller colour blend installation, with a new colour transition from rust orange (iron) to green (copper). This was entitled “Meadow”. Another wonderful curation from the gallery placed this with a woven textile by Katherine Swailes. Again the paired works were acquired by a single collector.
In June 2025 I was delighted to be invited to the ICF Aberystwyth as a demonstrator. It’s a totally amazing event filled with the love of all things ceramic. I did two demonstrations on stage; lathe turning and hand carving a part for a Fluxwork. These are both available to view on youtube. Lathe turning here, and carving here.
In May 2025 Cavaliero Finn again took over Stockwell Studio for a pop up exhibition. We showed a new 6 part colour blend installation – “Wave”. It was beautifully displayed alongside a textile piece by Caroline Popham. Happily a collector responded to this lovely curation and acquired both works.
‘Sunny Side Up’ – a group exhibition at Close Gallery in Somerset took place in spring 2025.
Two of my ‘Fluxworks’, in yellow and grey were included alongside a large White Orbit.
I was delighted to exhibit again this year at Collect Art Fair in London, with Cavaliero Finn Gallery. We showed and sold a new colour blend installation, “Shoreline”, along with individual ‘Orbit’ pieces.
I will be hosting an exhibition of my work, alongside paintings by Gabriel Langlands, at my studio from 30th November to 8th December 2024. The location is in Selborne, Hampshire, GU34 3JQ. We will be open from 10am to 6om daily
This Teal Orbit was selected for the International Competition Exhibition at the 13th Mino Ceramics Festival in Japan.
